The Gift
In a world so wild, where dreams take flight,
A precious gift emerges, pure and bright;
Children, like blossoms, grace our day,
Their laughter a melody, in the heart’s ballet.
Innocence woven in threads of gold,
A universe within them, yet untold,
Love’s embrace encircles their tender souls,
Guiding them forward as life unfolds.
Oh, guardian hearts, fierce in devotion,
A shield ‘gainst darkness, a boundless ocean,
We stand as pillars, unwavering, strong,
To keep them safe, where they belong.
Through storms and shadows, we shall endure
A haven of love, steadfast and sure,
For within their eyes, hope resides,
A future untamed, where love abides.
Let’s nurture their spirits, let kindness bloom,
In each hug, in each whispered tune,
For in cherishing them, we mend and heal,
A world uncertain, together we seal.
So let us pledge to love and protect
These precious souls; our hearts connect,
And in their laughter and tears, we find our way,
Guiding them, guarding them, come what may.
